A gift we give to someone is wrapped up with painstaking care and we tuck every corner just right so we can seal it up. We top it with bits, bobs, bows and or treats, and ribbons of all kinds. We encounter some gift wrap that is double sided or in other words peak proof. We have some that is thick and some thin. Some gift wrap is shiny and some lighter in both color and pattern. Inside the gift/box we have a gift that we would love to take out and use or play with or just admire. Let's apply this to the gift of life and the creation of each of us as individuals by Father God. We encounter gifts everyday! Do we judge based on the paper it is wrapped in this foregoing the opportunity to open an extravagant gift? We forfeit amazing opportunities every day of our lives when we pass these gifts by. Gifts of all sizes and shapes as customized by the Father for the journey of trials, encounters, storms and victories one may encounter in this thing called life.
