S-curve hit, go the extra mile
Road open or closed?
It can swallow you up, spit you out
Cross over the s-curve you’ll reach pearly gates
Extra mile, you smiled

This piece is referencing the mouth behind the smile and comparing it to a road. The s-curve is the smile and the pearly gates reference teeth. The extra mile is meant to have the reader think about getting to know the woman more deeply instead of superficially.
