Planche a’ laver

A touch from your fingertips to the warp of my ends
Sends a gripping feel from where my weft begins

The fabric of my life includes linen and sateen
A beautiful launder leads me to a shiny, slippery sheen

A brightness to my life no bluing could bring

Washboard

White Mavens Vineyard

Savoring the waft of a snowy aroma on my winters plight
A clean yet chilly sensation full of briskness and bite

A coffee bean I must just sniff
Clearing my nasal palette I whiff

My embouchure ready to kiss the winds of the virgin
A snowy white taste carte blanche with warm bourbon

She touches the depths of my inner most being
She strokes with daggers and icicles most pleasing

Her odour so quenching it satisfies from within
Her heart will melt at the warm summer winds

My temporary amour is with this maven so blissful
I run my fingers through her frozen ice crystals

The tang of her pleasures sends chills down my spine
Her bouquet is clean like a fine white wine

Forest Kingdoms, Princes and Kings of Tea

I am steeped in soil and my taste is savory, deep and bold
I am the King of the Forest but let the fairies my stories be told

My attachment is with Prince Birch and Dente de Lion King
We both have been knighted with the sword of cleansing bling

Our enchanted forest where the glistening dewdrops are timbrels
Tall towering trees, gigantic looking green emeralds

Steeped in the rains that pour from the heavens so warm
Sliding down the gullet of my people who are weary and torn

Healing the bonds of my subjects at hand
For generations our Crests will stand

Stepping Down the Line of Decline-Trigon to Bygone

I’m first
I don't care
Take, take, take
Look at me, me, me
People are expendable
Babies are just a blob of cells
I don't vote my beliefs just the party
I say I’am a Christian but I’m pro choice
It is all about the braying ass or the elephant
I’m owed and I’m going to milk it for all it’s worth
Um really? Well that has nothing to do with me friend
What have you done for me? I don’t owe you anything at all
I have got to have it all brand new, I do not want anything used
Brother can ya spare a dime? My family is having a rough time now
I do not matter, so euthanize me as I am old, sick, disabled and of no use

I do not exercise my freedom of speech because I don’t want to hurt or offend

THIS IS NOT A PIECE TO DEBATE OR DISCUSS. IT IS SIMPLY A PIECE I FELT COMPELLED TO WRITE TO CONVEY THE ISSUES, GRIPES, CONCERNS, ETC OF THE THINGS ON THIS EARTH RIGHT NOW. SIMPLY SOMETHING TO MEDITATE ON AND REALIZE THE INSENSITIVE AND UNCARING WAYS THAT HAVE EVOLVED. PEOPLE AND NEIGHBORS GENUINELY USED TO MATTER. IT USED TO MATTER THAT YOUR GRANDAD FOUGHT IN A WAR OR THAT YOUR NEIGHBOR NEEDED HELP. NOW IT IS ANYTHING GOES AND SCREW YOU……..SAD. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE UGLY OR DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS ELOQUENTLY PUT. IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT MOVE ON AS I REALIZE IT WON'T APPEAL TO EVERYONE.

Make Up of the Artist’s Makeup

On clay canvas I painted you so elegantly with My whisper
Oil of joy for mourning was pressed into the earthy soil of your heart
I make up all there is, ever was or will ever be…….”I Am that I Am”
The brush of My hand covers you in crimson, the makeup of My choice
The Artist’s easel of stipes and patibulum make up the holder of MY  Masterpiece

---------------------------------------------

No matter the age we live I must continue to realize my make up and the power that lies within me from the sacrifice just one made for me!!
